Owner-Operator for J. Grady Randolph Featured in American Trucker

J. Grady Randolph started with one truck back in 1935. Now it’s up to 160 trucks. As a time-tested company in the over-dimensional hauling business, this Daseke company has a great reputation with drivers, both company and owner-operators.

This includes Rebekah Meadows, who has been driving for J. Grady Randolph in her 2007 Peterbilt Model 379 for nearly two years. She joins 12 other owner-operators, who work with J. Grady Randolph. With an average tenure of 7-1/4 years – this is especially impressive when compared to the near-100-percent turnover rate most truckload carriers encounter.

We’re proud of each and every one of our driver team members – each is a star in our eyes, working hard to deliver loads safely and on-time,” said Eddie Payne, Director of Human Resources.
